Please provide as much information as possible including the Order #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, reason for the return. Please note that we may request for you to email photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back.
- Standard Returns
We gladly accepts returns of new, unopened items purchased on our website for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address of the order.
For sanitary and safety purposes, the following items are NON RETURNABLE if opened or used:

If the return is approved, you will receive further directions on shipping the item(s) back to us. Any refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed.
Items received showing cosmetic damage from the manufacturer, issues with consumable items, dead on arrival (DOA), and any missing or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery!

How long will take to process my return?
